Browse open campaigns, apply in a few taps, agree the terms before you shoot, film and edit with AI, deliver your work, and follow every order, message and payout from one app. You do not need a large following. Brands here are looking for people who can make honest, well shot content about products they actually use. BROWSE CAMPAIGNS See briefs from brands that are hiring right now: what each one pays per post, how many posts it asks for, and which platforms it is for. APPLY, OR JOIN INSTANTLY Send an application with your creator profile attached. Open affiliate campaigns let you join without waiting for brand approval and start sharing your link the same day. FILM AND EDIT WITH AI Tap Create in the middle of the tab bar. AI writes a script made for the campaign brief, a teleprompter scrolls it on screen while you film, and Edit with AI cuts the retakes and long pauses and adds captions. Fine tune it in the editor, then send it to the brand. Every creator gets free AI credits each month. The app asks before anything you make is sent to an AI service, and you can turn AI features off at any time. AGREE BEFORE YOU SHOOT Every campaign carries a written agreement covering the rate, the number of posts, the revision rounds, the review window and the delivery deadline. Read it and sign it in the app. WORK FUNDED UP FRONT Brands fund the campaign into escrow before you start. The money is released to your wallet once the brand approves what you delivered. DELIVER AND TRACK Submit the link to your post or file, see exactly where every order stands, handle revision requests, and open a dispute if something goes wrong. MESSAGE BRANDS DIRECTLY One inbox for every collaboration, with notifications by category and a quick mute for 24 hours. YOUR WALLET See your balance and every transaction. Connect a bank account through Stripe once your balance clears the minimum, then withdraw. YOUR CREATOR PROFILE Add your social handles, your niches, your city, how much you can take on and a profile photo. Feature up to three pieces of work in your portfolio. RANK UP Completed campaigns build XP and move you through the creator tiers, which unlock more simultaneous applications and earlier access to new briefs. Brands pay the platform fee on top of your rate. • You must be 18 or older to be paid on UGCHires. • Applying does not guarantee that a brand will select you. UGCHires does not promise any amount of work or income; what you make depends on the campaigns you are accepted into and the work you complete and get approved. • Payouts run through Stripe, which verifies your identity once before your first withdrawal. • Agency accounts are created on ugchires.com. These are auto renewable subscriptions billed monthly; Launch and Growth start with a two week free trial. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. The plan renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings.
