About Ironbook: Workout Log
Ironbook is a workout log with the look of a gym blackboard: chalk on iron, red tape, gold for records. Free to log. Pro is a one-time unlock. No subscription. The whole point of a training log is knowing what you did last time while you stand at the bar. Ironbook puts that number next to every set, and then draws the line going up. FREE, FOREVER • Unlimited workouts, templates and history • Start from a template (three included) or start blank • Every set shows last session's weight and reps; tick a set and it copies them if you left them blank • Ticking a set starts the rest timer: 1:00, 1:30, 2:00 or 3:00, with a buzz when it is time • Add exercises and sets on the fly; finish, and Ironbook tells you if you set a PR • Repeat any past workout with one tap IRONBOOK PRO, ONE PAYMENT • Progress: estimated one-rep max over time per exercise, PR sessions marked in gold, gain since your first log, heaviest set per session, weekly volume • Records: est. 1RM, best set and heaviest set for every lift, ranked • Plate maths for any bar • Program library: 5x5, push pull legs, upper lower, three-day full body and dumbbells only, added to your templates in one tap Bought Ironbook before it went free? Pro is already yours. kg or lb. No account, no ads, no tracking, nothing leaves your phone.
