The score moves with every swap. YOUR DISHES, LIGHTER Lasagna, gratin, apple tart: the recipe as written, and what each swap would gain. NOTHING IS HIDDEN Every score is linked to its sources: the biological pathways a product opens, the study that shows it, and the strength of the evidence. The method is published in the app: its rules, its main thresholds and its sources. And when too many ingredients are unknown, the app shows nothing rather than a wrong score.
