RoomBillDee: Rent & Bills

RoomBillDee helps independent landlords manage monthly rental billing without spreadsheets or account setup. Choose a rent-only workflow or include water and electricity readings. Walk from room to room, enter readings with a large keypad, attach meter photos, review every room, and issue bills from one clear monthly flow. KEY FEATURES • Manage properties, rooms, tenants, stays, deposits, and room inspections • Record rent only or rent with water and electricity • Use Walk Mode to enter readings room by room • Keep meter photos as evidence with each reading • Review and revise every room before issuing bills • Add recurring charges, one-time items, and discounts • Preserve rates and readings with each billing cycle so later setting changes do not rewrite past bills • Issue clear bills and share PDF or image copies • Record manual payments, including partial payments and overpayment credit • Review outstanding balances and payment history • Use THB, USD, EUR, or GBP with Thai, US, UK, or European number and date formats • Back up and restore records and app-owned photos with a portable RoomBillDee file • Protect access with App Lock LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN Your rental records are stored on your device. No account is required to begin, and the core monthly workflow does not require a constant internet connection. You decide when and where to export a backup file. IMPORTANT RoomBillDee records payments that you enter. It does not collect rent, connect to bank accounts, perform currency conversion, or create tax invoices. Payment acknowledgements are user-recorded records, not bank confirmation.
