TK Store DZ

TK Store DZ is the companion app for your TK Store DZ account: discover a selection of products from sellers on TK Store DZ, follow your orders, and keep your conversations with sellers and TK Store DZ support in one place. • Home — a curated selection of products from TK Store DZ sellers (gaming, career & CV) and reviews from our customers, gliding across the screen. • Product details — tap a product to see its description, options, availability, delivery method and seller. Product details are for information only and show no prices; purchases, payments and renewals are not available in this app. • My Orders — your TK Store DZ orders in one place: status, products, store, delivery, your licences and access details and invoices, with a direct line to the seller. • Conversations with sellers — all your seller threads in one inbox, with unread counts, search and archive. Reply to a message, react with an emoji, edit a text message you sent within 15 minutes, and delete messages for yourself, or your own messages for everyone. • TK Store DZ support — message our team from Home or Profile; we answer in the same conversation. • Instant notifications — be notified when a seller or TK Store DZ support replies, and tap to open that conversation. • Photos, files and voice messages — send pictures, documents and voice notes in any conversation. • Disputes — if something goes wrong with an order, open a dispute from the conversation with the seller. TK Store DZ reviews it if you cannot agree, with your messages as evidence. • Safety — report a conversation or a message, and block or unblock a seller at any time. TK Store DZ support will never ask for your password. • Your account — edit your profile, change your password, and delete your account in the app (Profile → Security → Delete Account). • Four simple tabs: Home, Messages, Orders and Profile. • Arabic, French and English, right-to-left included, in light and dark mode. Sign in with your TK Store DZ account (e-mail and password, Sign in with Apple or Google), or create one in the app.
