Go Touch Grass: IRL

Less scroll. More living. Go Touch Grass helps you put down your phone and reconnect with the world around you. Set limits on distracting apps, take on small real-world challenges, and earn a little screen time back. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED A paid subscription is required to use Go Touch Grass after onboarding, including app limits, ongoing challenges, screen-time rewards, and progress tracking. Monthly and annual subscriptions are available. Pricing and any applicable free-trial terms are shown before purchase. MAKE ROOM FOR REAL LIFE Choose the apps that pull you in and set daily allowances with checkpoints. Give your scrolling a stopping point—and yourself a reason to do something else. TURN BREAKS INTO SMALL ADVENTURES Say hello to a tree. Find a smooth stone. Notice the sky. Simple challenges invite you to pause, explore, and enjoy the little things around you. COMPLETE A CHALLENGE. EARN TIME BACK. Use your camera to check your challenge and earn more time in your selected apps. Make a real-world moment part of your screen-time routine. BUILD YOUR STREAK Keep track of completed challenges, follow your streak, and see how your screen time compares with yesterday. A little less scrolling. A little more of the world. Go Touch Grass uses Apple’s Screen Time features to apply your chosen app limits. Camera access and an internet connection are needed for challenge verification.
