Search by currency name or code. BANK RATES For an amount to sell or buy, every bank ranked by what it comes to in lei, best first. Each bank shows its distance from the best, what it buys and sells at, the spread against the official rate, and a link to the bank. INFLATION AND PURCHASING POWER Annual inflation in Moldova against the National Bank's target, from the National Bureau of Statistics consumer price index. Siri answers "Get an exchange rate with Valut", and the shortcut runs from the Shortcuts app. DATA SOURCES Official rates come from the National Bank of Moldova, inflation from the National Bureau of Statistics, and bank rates from each bank's own published rates. Valut is not affiliated with the National Bank of Moldova, the National Bureau of Statistics or any bank. The official rate is set by the National Bank of Moldova for accounting and statistical purposes; nobody buys or sells cash at it. Bank rates are for reference only and are not an offer. The bank's rate at the time of the exchange applies, and branches may differ. Confirm with the bank. Fuel ceilings and what they are made of come from ANRE, the National Agency for Energy Regulation. Station prices come from what each operator reports to ANRE. Brent crude comes from the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Valut is not affiliated with ANRE, any fuel operator or the EIA. The ceiling is the most a station may charge for petrol or diesel. Stations may charge less, and the station's price applies. Brent crude is shown for comparison and does not set prices in Moldova.
