Bloom: Focus & Screen Time

Make time for your pursuits Create a Pursuit for a project, hobby or skill. Choose when you want to return to it, set reminders and keep your reason close with "Why it matters." Focus and watch a flower grow Start a Session and watch a flower grow as you spend time on your Pursuit. Pause or extend the Session when you need to. Follow your remaining time with Live Activities. Protect the time you choose Add an optional Shield to block the apps you select during a Session. In the full app, you can also review your screen time and set daily limits for selected apps. See the time you have dedicated Review the time spent on each Pursuit and your weekly activity. After a Session, leave an optional Record with a note or photo to remember an idea, something you learned or a moment you want to keep.
