About NotiNap: Quiet Apps on Time
Take a break from distracting apps while keeping your internet on. Choose apps with Apple’s private app picker, then start Quick mute for 30 minutes, an hour, or until you stop it. Your selected apps stay blocked during the break. Set schedules for work, study, sleep, holidays or events. Repeat on selected weekdays, use specific dates, schedule overnight breaks, or skip today. Each schedule can have its own app selection. To silence notifications too, follow the in-app guide to set up an iOS Focus. Screen Time blocks opening apps; iOS Focus controls their notifications. Need an app during a break? Open NotiNap to pause everything or stop Quick mute. Settings and the How to use guide explain permissions and controls. Your Screen Time selections stay on your iPhone. Sign-in is optional; use NotiNap as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google to back up schedules and settings. Free with ads. Delete your account in Settings. Available in English, हिंदी and मराठी.
