Poise.

Poise is a practice space for the workplace conversations most people put off: giving hard feedback, pushing back on scope, setting a boundary, managing up, and the handful of genuinely difficult talks every manager eventually faces. You don't read advice. You have the conversation, out loud or typed, with an AI coworker who speaks their lines aloud, reacts in character, pushes back like a real person would, and stays in the room even when it gets uncomfortable. Afterward, Poise tells you specifically what landed and what didn't: how clearly you said what you meant, whether you made room for how the other person saw it, and whether the conversation actually resolved. WHAT'S INSIDE • 5 units, 26 conversations: Foundations, Giving Feedback, Setting Boundaries, Managing Up, and Hard Conversations. Each ends in a checkpoint that grades you across the unit. • A new scenario every time, generated for the situation instead of scripted, so replaying a lesson means a different conversation, not the same lines • Feedback graded on three things that actually matter in a real conversation: clarity, empathy, and resolution, with a specific note on what you did, not a generic score • Speak your responses or type them, and play back what you said afterward • A practice streak, a weekly goal, badges, and a calendar that tracks what you've actually shown up for • Optional reminders to keep your streak alive, plus a weekly progress summary WHO IT'S FOR First-time managers, and anyone about to have a conversation they're dreading and would rather not wing it. No account required to start: your progress syncs through iCloud. Sign in with Apple if you want your Pro subscription recognized on a new device. POISE PRO • Build your own scenario: describe the conversation you're dreading, like asking for a raise or telling a client no, and practice it before it happens. • Voice analysis: see your pace, pitch variation, and filler words for every spoken conversation, with a delivery grade alongside the rest of your feedback. The analysis runs on your device, and your recordings never leave it. The free plan gets you 3 conversations a day, refilling every 8 hours, enough to build a real habit. Poise Pro removes the wait: 12 a day, refilling every 2 hours, plus no ads between lessons. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription; price is shown before you subscribe and confirmed by Apple at purchase, and any free trial terms are shown on the same screen. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Poise doesn't collect your email and doesn't sell your data. Your voice recordings stay on your device. The text of your conversations is sent securely to our server and an AI service to generate replies and feedback, and isn't stored afterward.
