About JA Recovery

JA Recovery is a daily structure app for people building routines while managing focus, overload, and recovery — and for the coaches who hold them to it. Most tracking apps ask you to be perfect. This one asks you to be honest. You take a few minutes each morning, you say how it actually went, and over a week the pattern shows you something you could not see day by day. THE DAILY CHECK-IN - Tick off the morning grounding routine. - Write The Daily Pause — one note about how the day is really going. - Take the Pulse Check: three quick readings on anxiety and tension, workload and bandwidth, and physical energy. - Say what you need most right now, in your own words. Every week is averaged into a snapshot, so a bad Tuesday reads as a bad Tuesday and not as a verdict on you. THE VIRTUAL TOOLKIT - A break timer for actually stepping away — a quick reset, a walk outside, or time unplugged from screens. - The Boundary Playbook: phrases ready to borrow when a conversation needs one, plus the ones you write yourself, sorted into work and personal and copied with a tap. - The Alignment Creed, for the days that need reminding why. THE TOUCHPOINT Pair with an accountability coach by entering their email. From then on they see your check-ins as they arrive — not a summary you had to write, the real thing. - Keep a weekly Kindness and Service Log. - Set the Pulse Check level at which your coach is notified automatically, from 6 to 9 out of 10. You choose it; it is not set for you. - Reach them directly with Emergency Accountability when the day has got away from you. HISTORY LOGS Everything you have logged, by day and by category — check-ins, toolkit sessions, and what passed between you and your coach. Delete any entry whenever you like. FOR COACHES A coach account opens a different app: a dashboard of who needs attention today, every member's check-in as it lands, a roster with each person's history, and an SOS queue to work through and resolve. PRIVACY No ads. No third-party analytics. No crash tracking. No advertising identifier. Nothing about you is sold or shared for marketing. Your check-ins are visible to you and to the one coach you chose, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time. JA Recovery is a personal accountability tool. It is not a medical, clinical, or emergency service, it does not provide medical advice, and the Emergency Accountability button alerts your coach — not emergency services. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.
