Rental Report: Checkout Proof

Stop doing move-in and move-out inspections on paper or in a Word file nobody reads until there is a dispute. Checkout Proof produces a clear condition report — timestamped photos, both parties’ signatures, ready-to-send PDF — in minutes, right from your phone. 4 TEMPLATES, ONE APP - Vacation rental: fast check-in / check-out, “duplicate last report” for high-turnover homes - Peer-to-peer vehicle: tap the body diagram to mark each dent, tires, fuel level, odometer reading, documents on board - Long-term lease (France): checklist following decree no. 2016-382 — meter readings, key handover, room by room - Boat: hull, deck, cockpit, engine hours, rigging, and safety gear with expiry dates (valid / expires soon / expired) A CLEAR, DATED RECORD Every photo is dated and timestamped on the device, and its SHA-256 fingerprint is printed in the PDF, so each photo file can be matched to the report. Each party signs on the screen, and the signatures go into the final document. AUTOMATIC ENTRY / EXIT COMPARISON Link a move-out report to its move-in report: every item is compared and the differences are highlighted, in the app and in the PDF.
