OnsiteBoard is a field service app for a small home service business: schedule the job, send the estimate, do the work, send the invoice and get paid. An estimate maker and an invoice maker are built in. Made for contractors and one- to three-person shops, not for a fleet. BUILT FOR YOUR TRADE Pick your trade when you sign up: appliance repair, auto detailing, boat service, dryer vent cleaning, electrician, garage doors, gutters, handyman, house cleaning, HVAC, irrigation / sprinklers, lawn care, locksmith, pest control, pet waste removal, plumbing, pool service, pressure washing or window cleaning. • A starting service list with prices you change to yours • Price by the hour or by the unit: square feet, panes, feet, locks, heads • Sign in with Apple or Google, or with your email RECURRING VISITS • Put a customer on a schedule: weekly, every few weeks, monthly, quarterly or seasonal • Skip or move one visit without touching the rest • Bill per visit, or send one monthly invoice per customer for the month's visits and extras • Keep a visit log: pool readings, products applied, engine hours • Day route: your stops in the order you set • Send a visit report by link, with the photos you choose, when the customer isn't home (cleaning, lawn, pool and similar trades) SCHEDULE THE WORK • Book jobs into arrival windows; the time picker shows what is already booked that day • Your own online booking page: customers request a window you're free, and you confirm it with one tap • Paste a customer's text and OnsiteBoard fills in name, phone, address and job, for you to check • Keep several addresses for one customer • Call or text in one tap; send an "On my way" message • A reminder before each job ESTIMATES AND QUOTES • Build an estimate from your services and materials, or draft it from your job notes for you to review • The customer approves and signs the estimate on your phone or online, and it becomes the invoice • Ask for a deposit on an estimate or invoice; it counts toward the balance INVOICES • Apply discounts and sales tax • Send the invoice by text or email as a link your customer can open, sign and pay • Each invoice shows where it stands: paid in full or balance due • Preview and print a PDF copy GET PAID • Customers pay by card from the invoice link, with an option to add a tip • Card payments run through Stripe; its standard fees apply. Stripe may ask to verify your identity • Record cash, check and other payments too • Still unpaid?
