Zectron - Concord of Worlds

THE LINE The Concord of Worlds is a young, fragile alliance of planets, forged in crisis when colonies on the rim began going dark, one by one. ZECTRON, the Concord's elite interceptor corps, is the thin bright line between civilization and the VOID, the Violent Order of Interstellar Domination. You are a rookie pilot of ZECTRON's 7th Interceptor Wing, "the Concord's Sting," callsign DART, dispatched on your first solo patrol. THE CAMPAIGN The heart of Zectron is a story campaign. • Many chapters, with story briefings between the fights. • VOID raiders arrive in waves, each flying its own assault doctrine. Read the doctrine. Break the doctrine. • Many boss fights. • A hands-on tutorial, unlimited retries, and replays of any chapter you have played. FLYING AND FIGHTING • Two thumbs. Drag anywhere on the left half of the screen to steer; you never touch the ship itself. • Fire from the bottom-right corner: the lower button fires your laser, the one above it launches a homing missile. • No auto-fire. Tap fast and keep tapping for a barrage. • AUGMENTS found along the way add cannons that fire together and missiles that launch together, so one tap can fire several shots. Look for DUAL CANNONS, LASER REFRACTION, SEEKER MISSILES and more. • A regenerating shield. VOID fire drains it, and it recovers between volleys. Take a hit with it down and the sortie is over. ARCADE MODE An optional extra, included with FULL GAME. Endless, pure combat, away from the campaign. It starts easy and ramps up, every run is randomized, and some formations appear only here. Kills score, tougher enemies score more, and you get two continues per run. Scores post to a global Game Center leaderboard with ALL TIME, THIS WEEK, TODAY and FRIENDS tabs. Game Center is optional: Arcade Mode plays without it. HOW IT IS SOLD • Start free: the opening chapters of the campaign are free, always. • One in-app purchase, FULL GAME, unlocks the rest of the campaign plus the optional Arcade Mode. Chapters are flown in order, each one opening once the one before it is cleared. • You pay once. No ads. No subscriptions. ART AND MUSIC Original pixel art and dozens of original music tracks.
