Calendar & Tasks: Cality

A calendar for real life. Including the bits you keep moving to tomorrow. Meet Cality Assist: turn rough notes into plans, find time, review unfinished tasks, and prepare for meetings. You review every change before saving. Assist requires compatible Apple Intelligence hardware and software. Some features require Private Cloud Compute. Free weekly usage is included; Pro offers more. Apple’s limits also apply. YOUR DAY, TOGETHER Bring events, reminders and habits into one daily Plan. Connect calendars and reminder lists already available through Apple Calendar and Reminders. Your events and tasks stay in the source you choose. GOOD HABITS, VISIBLE PROGRESS Create habits with your own colors and icons. Check them off once or work toward a daily count. See your history in heatmaps, cards, compact lists and calendars, with streaks and statistics. Correct past entries and archive habits while keeping their history. Two active habits are free; Cality Pro unlocks more. Habits appear in Plan and Habits. Give one a time to place it on your Plan timeline. Showing it in Calendar and agenda is optional. APPLE HEALTH, WHEN YOU WANT IT On supported iPhone and iPad devices, connect selected habits to Apple Health with your permission. Supported goals such as steps, sleep and exercise update from recorded Health data. Health readings and derived progress stay on that device and are not sent through Cality's iCloud sync. CLOSE AT HAND A habit heatmap widget lets you add one step to a manual habit from your Home Screen. Set individual habit reminders or a daily check-in. Standard calendar widgets show plans, months and weather. iPhone also offers Lock Screen widgets and an Apple Watch companion. PLAN AROUND REAL LIFE See events, planned reminder sessions and free time together. Reserve time for a reminder without changing its deadline. Pro adds advanced Plan editing and reusable routines. Keep selected repeating events in Plan without showing them in Cality's Calendar and agenda. FINISH WHAT IS LEFT Review unfinished items in a list or one card at a time. Complete, move, reschedule or skip, with session Undo. Completing an event records Cality progress; completing a reminder updates its source. TYPE LIKE A HUMAN Enter an event or task in natural language, review the details and save. Choose suggested places and addresses as you type. Pro search finds words in event titles, locations and notes without requiring matching accents or capitalization. MAKE IT YOURS Choose calendar views, colors, visible sources and the tab Cality opens on. See three days of weather for free. Optional personality adds a little humor. Cality Pro adds more active habits, routines, advanced Plan editing, calendar sets, search, repeat-rule editing, multiple alerts, extra palettes, custom Review gestures, automatic Review prompts, remembered overlap choices and extended weather. Mac Pro also adds advanced menu-bar customization and the Dock date. Existing data is preserved. Calendar and reminder accounts handle their own sync. Supported Cality settings and manual habit records can sync through private iCloud storage; timing depends on your account and connection.
