Earn My Scroll: Screen Time

Use your phone on your terms. Earn My Scroll turns distracting app access into screen time you earn through positive actions. Walk, complete a focus session, build a balance, then spend those minutes when you choose to unlock selected apps. HOW IT WORKS • Choose the apps you want EMS to protect. • Earn screen time by walking or completing focus sessions. • Keep earned minutes in your balance. • Spend 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes when you want access. • See exactly how much time remains during an unlock. • EMS automatically protects the app again when your time runs out. EARN TIME. RECLAIM THE REST. EMS is not about quitting the apps you enjoy. It adds a small moment of intention between impulse and access, while rewarding things you already want to do. At your daily reset, up to 10 unused minutes can roll over to give you a head start tomorrow. The rest is added to your reclaimed time, showing how much time you kept from digital distraction for your real life. Track your reclaimed time, intentional days, monthly progress, earning activity, and unlock history. START FREE You can start using EMS without paying. The free version includes: • Protection for one app. • Screen time earned through walking. • The core earn, spend, and re-lock experience. EMS Pro unlocks: • Unlimited protected apps. • Focus earning mode. Pro is available monthly, annually, or as a lifetime purchase. PRIVACY FIRST No account. No ads. No tracking. EMS is designed to keep your progress, wallet history, focus sessions, unlock activity, earning rules, and settings on your device. Health access is used only for step-based earning. Screen Time permissions are used only to protect the apps you choose. You can export or delete your local data whenever you want. Earn your scroll time. Keep the rest for your life.
