About Green Light: Migraine Diary

Green Light is a migraine diary with a green light screen built in. LOG AN ATTACK IN ABOUT TWENTY SECONDS Severity, when it started and ended, where it hurt, which symptoms showed up, what you took and whether it helped. Every field except severity is optional and the form opens already filled in, because nobody wants to work through a questionnaire while their head is splitting. SEE THE PATTERNS YOU CANNOT HOLD IN YOUR HEAD Once you have a handful of entries, Green Light shows how often attacks come, how long they last, how severe they have been, and which of your tags keep appearing. It can also record the barometric pressure at the moment you log, which is the one trigger nobody can notice on their own. TAKE IT TO YOUR DOCTOR Export a readable summary plus the raw data. Neurologists ask for a headache diary; this is one you can hand over. A GREEN LIGHT SCREEN Research into light and headache drew attention to narrow-band green. Green Light fills your screen with it. On an OLED display, pure green lights only the green sub-pixel, which is the narrowest band a phone can produce, and the app says plainly which colours do that and which do not. COMFORT MODE FOR WHEN LIGHT HURTS Takes the screen below the system's lowest brightness and warms it, so your phone stays usable on a bad day. YOUR DIARY STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE No account, no sign-up, no sync. What you write down does not leave your phone. FREE - Unlimited attack logging - Green light sessions - Comfort mode - The last four weeks of trends PRO - Your full history - Every trigger pattern, not only the top two - Export for your doctor - Presets and scheduling - Eight ambient soundscapes - No ads Green Light is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat migraine; the diary is your own record. A headache that is sudden, severe, unlike your usual ones, or comes with fever, confusion, weakness or a stiff neck needs medical attention, not an app. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly.
