The Leadersphere

The Leadersphere app is the dedicated platform that supports members of The Leadersphere, a community for senior leaders and executives built around honest, cross functional conversation with peers who understand the position you are in. Members connect locally through their city Sphere, while staying part of a wider network of senior leaders. The app helps members connect with peers outside their own function, gaining perspectives that public networks and industry only groups do not offer. Key features include: Spheres. Your Sphere is your city. Members are grouped by location, starting with London, New York, Atlanta and Dallas, giving you a home base for local relationships alongside the wider community. Relationship Map. Find the right person when you need them. The relationship map helps you identify and reach the members most relevant to a challenge you are facing, based on function, industry and experience. Private Messaging. Reach out to individual members directly to continue a conversation or build a relationship beyond a scheduled event. Events Calendar. View and manage attendance for local meetups, Chatham House rooms, dinners and flagship events, all in one place. Chatham House Rooms. Join focused, in person and remote executive level discussions on urgent strategic challenges, bringing cross industry perspectives to the issues that matter most. Flagship Events. Twice yearly summits bring members together for immersive sessions designed to sharpen strategic thinking and support long term growth. NED Pathways and CPE Accredited Sessions. Access content and sessions designed to support your development as a non executive director, including continuing professional education. Discussions, Off the Record. Conversations stay within the room, so members can speak candidly without being on display outside the community. Access on any device, with the ability to move easily between desktop and mobile so you can stay connected wherever you are. Notifications. Stay informed about new discussions, upcoming events and announcements relevant to your Sphere and interests. The Leadersphere is member focused, with no suppliers, sales pitches or agendas influencing the room. Each Sphere begins with a founding cohort of members who help set its standards, format and culture. Download the app to complete your profile, find your Sphere and connect with senior leaders who understand the pressures and decisions that come with your role.
