After Hours by Odile

Every call answered, even when you're on a job. After Hours is a receptionist for your business phone. When you can't pick up, it answers in English, Spanish and five more languages, takes the caller's name, number and what they need, books appointments into your calendar and texts you each caller. This app puts all of it in your pocket. • Messages and bookings: every message and appointment your receptionist takes, as it lands. • Calendar: your upcoming bookings by day, with one tap to call the customer. • Customers: a CRM built in. Every caller becomes a contact with their history, notes and stage (New, Contacted, Booked, Won, Lost). Move deals along your pipeline and tick off follow-up tasks. • Calls: listen to your calls and read what was said. • Voice and language: choose how your receptionist sounds. New to After Hours? In the US, tap "Start free" on the sign-in screen. It is free until it books your first job, then $199 a month, and there is nothing to pay if it books none in 30 days. Already a customer? Sign in with Google or your business id. Want to look around first? Tap "Explore the demo". Your receptionist tells every caller it is an AI and asks before recording.
