Hemera: Calendar & Almanac

Open a day, and see everything layered on it. Hemera is a real calendar for your plans, with Rokuyō, the lunar calendar, solar terms, holidays around the world, religious calendars and day counts layered on top. It is made to be opened every morning: light the lamp, and the day's page opens. ■ A real calendar - Create, edit and delete events. Repeats: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly - Month, week and year views. Swipe to move between months - Events from your iPhone calendars are shown alongside (read-only) - Day counts: days since a birth, day N of an anniversary, N days until a date ■ Layers (choose what you see) - Rokuyō: the six-day cycle of the Japanese calendar, with a one-line meaning - East Asian calendar: lunar dates, the 24 solar terms, and lunar festivals such as Lunar New Year, Seollal and Chuseok - Observances: public holidays for countries worldwide and UN international days. Pick your city and the holiday country is set automatically - Buddhist, Christian (Western / Eastern), Jewish and Islamic calendars - Long-press to reorder layers. Tap "Later" to go straight to the calendar - The sky in the background follows sunrise and sunset in your city: night, dawn, day and dusk - The morning notification only tells you it is time to light the lamp. Nothing else is shown in notifications - Add your birth date, and today's fortune, tarot, omikuji and I Ching are added at the end of the day's page (for entertainment) ■ Private by design - No account. Your events and birth date never leave the device - Works offline - Japanese and English ■ Pricing Everything is free for the first 14 days. After that, a one-time purchase of $9.99 unlocks all features. If you do not purchase, the calendar and your events keep working. Languages: English, Japanese
