MAT Maintenance Assist

MAT(Maintenance Assist Technology) helps restaurant crew report an equipment problem in under a minute. Pick your store, then find the equipment by name, by scanning it with the camera, or by tapping it on the kitchen map. Follow a short troubleshooting checklist for that machine, mark the outcome, and the app pre-fills an email and text message with the store, your name, equipment details, steps completed and comments. Every report is also saved to the maintenance system. Works offline with the last downloaded data. Camera is used only to identify equipment and location only to sort the store list.
