About Alnooris services

Signing in is simpler and safer • Sign in with a real code sent to your phone by SMS. • Your children are already registered by the school against your phone number — no more adding them by hand. • If your number is not registered yet, the app tells you straight away instead of sending a code that cannot be used. • Choose Arabic or English right on the sign-in page. • Face ID opens the app, so you don't sign in again every time. Every class has its own gate • Grades 1–3 use Gate 5. • Grades 4–5: girls Gate 4, boys Gate 7. • Grades 6–8 boys use Gate 1. • The right gate is chosen for you when you call your child. Grades 1 to 8 are supported, each with its own sections. A faster pickup request • Your car model, colour and plate are saved and filled in for you next time. • Share your location and see it on a map — move the pin before you send, so staff know exactly where you are waiting. • A clear confirmation after every action, so you know your request arrived. Easier to find what you need • Separate buttons for School schedule, School announcement and Feedback. • The feedback form carries your details so the school can reply to you. • A "New coming updates" page showing what is on the way. School bus • The live bus map follows the bus as it moves, with a route trail and a "live now" indicator. Notifications • Alerts now appear inside the app as well as on the lock screen, so you never miss a pickup update. For school staff • Each member signs in with their own @alnooris.com email instead of one shared code. • Every account is given the pages it may open, and each page stays unlocked once signed in to. • Separate Bus organizer and Pickup children organizer entrances, each with its own settings, appearance options and sign out. • Child registration and Parent accounts pages, with totals for parents and students, and student counts for every bus. • A Feedback page where messages can be read and deleted.
