About Gym Cards
Gym Cards is a workout diary that stays on your phone. One exercise or one photo is already a workout. Log a set in ten seconds, or write nothing at all and keep just the photo. Either way the month fills up. EVERY MONTH IS A CARD Your year is a shelf of month cards. Give a month a cover photo or a colour, flip a card to see the calendar, and tap any day to see what you did. LOG IN SECONDS Exercises, sets, weight, reps, warm-up sets, personal records. Repeating last session takes three taps. Nothing is required: not a note, not even an exercise. One photo is a workout. RUNS, STRETCHING AND YOGA A run, a walk, a stretch or a yoga session is a workout too. Time, distance and pace sit next to your sets, and your tonnage stays a lifting number. Record a route by GPS, or import your runs from Apple Health. PHOTOS AND VIDEO Attach progress photos and technique videos to any workout, and keep a gallery on each exercise in your library. Mark photos as progress and compare any two with a slider. YOUR OWN EXERCISE LIBRARY No catalogue of 200 exercises you will never do. Add the ones you actually train, with your own notes. Each one keeps its own records, totals and progress chart. BODY, GOALS AND PROGRESS Track body weight, body fat and measurements. Set a goal for a lift, a weekly rhythm or your weight and watch the ring fill. Streaks, records, volume charts and achievements. APPLE HEALTH Turn it on in Settings and every workout you time is saved to Apple Health as strength training. Gym Cards reads nothing from Health. GYM CARDS PRO One payment, no subscription. Pro adds: • Month and year recaps you can share • Progress photo overlay, timelapse and sharing • As many goals as you like, each with a forecast • Six themes, including a monochrome one, with matching app icons • Analytics: estimated max charts, rep-range bests, a year heatmap • Home screen widgets for your week and your month • Automatic backup to your own iCloud Logging, photos, the slider comparison and your first goal stay free. IT IS YOURS No account. No ads. No tracking. Your workouts live on your phone, not on our servers, because we do not have any. Backups go only to your own iCloud, and only if you turn them on. Export your sets to CSV, everything to JSON, print a month to PDF, and import a backup back in. Light and dark themes. Six languages: English, Ukrainian, Polish, German, Spanish and Portuguese. Reminders on the days you train.

Water tracking is here. A new card on Profile logs a glass in one tap, keeps your daily goal and saves each drink to Apple Health. Add the water widget to your Home Screen to see the day at a glance. Also in this release: • Trends: body weight and exercise progress on line charts • Share a day or a month as text, Excel, CSV or PDF • Drag sets by the handle to reorder them • A workout opens as a full page, with arrows to the previous and next one
