About JabKeeper: GLP-1 Dose Tracker

JabKeeper is a private companion for tracking prescribed weekly GLP-1 injections. Keep your schedule, dose history, weight progress and notes together in a simple native iPhone app. FREE FEATURES • Record two dose entries with medication, prescribed dose, date, time and injection site, in addition to the starting injection recorded during setup. • Receive local injection-day and optional day-before reminders. • Log one manual weigh-in and optionally read your body weight from Apple Health for free. The initial import covers the last 90 days. • Try food logging with up to three items on one day. • View, edit and delete your own diary entries. ONE-TIME LIFETIME UNLOCK • Keep an unlimited injection history and log unlimited weigh-ins. • Record symptoms, severity and notes to discuss with your prescriber. • Log food, calories and protein on every day. • Optionally sync weight both ways and export dietary energy to Apple Health. • Optionally add your next injection to Calendar with an alert. Supports Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and custom medication names and prescribed doses in mg. JabKeeper records the medication and dose you enter; it never recommends a dose or titration. Choose kg/cm, lb with ft/in, or st/lb with ft/in. YOUR DATA No account, advertising or analytics SDKs. Your diary stays in a local database on your device and is excluded from device backups. Uninstalling removes the local diary. Optional Health and Calendar records are managed by Apple or your calendar provider and may remain after uninstalling. USE SAFELY JabKeeper is a diary, not a medical device, diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Follow your clinician’s prescribed medication, dose and timing. BMI, trends and goal dates are planning estimates, not medical advice or predictions of treatment results. Medical sources are linked in the app. Notifications may be affected by permissions, Focus settings and device conditions. JabKeeper does not write dose records to Apple Health because HealthKit does not provide a writable medication-dose type. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. JabKeeper is independent and is not affiliated with any manufacturer.
