About Furamori - Language exchange

Practise a language for real, or simply meet people from other cultures. Furamori brings together small groups of 4 to 8 people every week, in cafes and bars. Always with native speakers of the language you are learning, or with people from all over the world if what you want is to meet someone new and broaden your horizons. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tell us what you speak and what you want to learn, or simply that you are here to meet new people. No profile photo to upload, no bio to write. 2. Book your seat. We build the group around what you told us, and if the balance is not there, we tell you beforehand rather than seat you at a table that will not give you what you came for. 3. Show up. The table is booked under the Furamori name at a partner venue. Find your group, order something, and start making new connections. WHO COMES Most people come alone: everyone at the table is meeting for the first time. Beginners and advanced speakers are equally welcome, and listening more than you speak is a perfectly good way to take part. Our members are mostly between 20 and 40: locals, expats, students and people passing through. WHAT THE APP DOES • Upcoming sessions in your city, filtered by the languages you are learning • A group built around what you asked for, with native speakers when you came to practise • The venue shared the day before, with a table reserved • The people you met, found again in the app after the evening • Notifications when your group is confirmed and before you head out MEMBERSHIP Pay for a seat whenever you feel like coming, or take a membership that covers as many sessions as you want and gives you priority when a table fills up. Current prices are shown in the app, and a membership can be cancelled any time from your profile, no questions asked. WHERE Paris for now, with tables several times a week. More cities are coming, and you can tell us which one you want from inside the app. Furamori started from a simple observation: in Paris, thousands of people are learning a language without ever getting to speak it, while a few streets away, others are looking for exactly the opposite. They only needed to sit at the same table. Terms of use: https://app.furamori.com/terms Privacy: https://app.furamori.com/privacy
