breakr.me: Block Distractions

breakr.me shields the apps you choose for 15 or 30 minutes and plays a calm scene while they stay shielded. HOW IT WORKS • Choose a session length: 15 or 30 minutes. • Choose the apps to shield, up to 20. You pick them in Apple's own Screen Time picker. • Choose a scene, or keep Quiet Workshop. • Start. breakr.me applies the shield and the scene begins. • Around the scheduled time, the apps are released. RELEASE ANY TIME You can release the apps whenever you need them. One confirmation. No reason required. IF YOU OPEN A SHIELDED APP A short screen asks one question: was opening this app part of what you meant to do? Close it, or go back to breakr.me and release. FIVE SCENES Real footage with no sound, made to be glanced at: • Quiet Workshop • Flight Over Earth • Shallow Creek • Tide Pool • Mountain Stream The session is the same whether you watch, look away or lock the phone. WHAT IS LEFT OUT • No account and no sign-in. • No ads, no analytics, no tracking. • No network use. breakr.me works in Airplane Mode. • No streaks, points or scores. • No subscription. GOOD TO KNOW • breakr.me uses Apple's Screen Time access to shield apps. You approve it once and can remove it at any time. • breakr.me remembers your apps, session length and scene on this iPhone, so the next session starts from one screen. • With Reduce Motion on, the scene is a still image. • breakr.me is a non-medical wellness app.
