SaltWOD

SaltWOD connects training, coaching and everyday life at your gym. FOR ATHLETES • Book classes and keep track of waitlists. • Follow workouts with scaling options for your level. • Log results and track your personal progress. • Share training milestones and connect with your community. FOR COACHES • Present yourself and your specialties on your own coach page. • Offer your own personal training with Coach Pro; a configured payout account is required. • View class rosters and check in athletes. • Lead classes with the live board and workout timers. FOR GYM OWNERS • Manage members and their gym memberships. • Organize membership plans, contracts and billing. • Plan workouts and schedule classes. • Assign coaches and coordinate your team. OPTIONAL HEALTH CONNECTION On supported iPhones, you can choose to save completed workouts with a recorded duration to Apple Health after granting permission. SaltWOD does not read health data. The connection is optional; class booking and the training log work without it. Sign in with your SaltWOD account. Gym features depend on your membership and permissions. You can also record training with a personal account without an active gym; classes, coaching and administration require the appropriate gym membership. Questions? [email protected]
