Sila is the training companion for MG Performance clients. With Sila, clients can: • View personalized workouts assigned by their coach • Follow exercise instructions and coaching cues • Track completed exercises and workout progress • Review training history • Access fitness testing and performance information • Read educational and research content • Receive notifications about newly assigned workouts Sila is designed for clients who are actively coached by MG Performance. Access to the app requires an account provided by the coach. Public registration is not available.
