This update brings a major set of improvements across the pharmacy, delegate, and staff experience: • Appointments: pharmacists can now see the invoice details a delegate submits — receipt image, invoice age, and amount — on both incoming requests and confirmed appointments. Tap a receipt to zoom in or share it. • Expired-medicine compensation (اكسبايراتي): a new, simpler flow to log expired items, suggest the linked delegate by company, search and filter records, and see a running total. Photos can be enlarged and shared. • Marketplace: country of origin on each item, multiple bonus tiers, product images, out-of-stock handling, and a clearer "office vs. warehouse" supply choice you can set and change right inside the order basket. • Orders: refined lifecycle and a cleaner copy format that now includes packaging and the chosen supply method. • One account, multiple roles: a delegate can also work as an employee, and an employee can work at more than one pharmacy — switch between them from your account. • Staff: task completion progress, attendance improvements with a "pending decisions" filter, and per-pharmacy attendance. • Plus: pharmacist-initiated chat, additional dosage forms, case-insensitive delegate search, and various fixes and polish.
