Trace CRM puts your sales pipeline on your phone. It is the companion app to Trace CRM, the lead management platform for businesses running Meta Ads — so leads, conversations, callbacks and calls all live in one place, wherever your reps are. You need an existing Trace CRM account to sign in. Accounts are set up by your administrator on the web dashboard. WHAT YOUR REPS GET Leads, live Every lead in the account, searchable by name, phone or email, and filtered down to Mine, Unassigned, Today or Untagged with one tap. New leads arrive as they come in — no refresh, no waiting. The whole lead, not a summary Open a lead and everything is there: status, sub-tags, who owns it, deal value, notes, remarks, scheduled meetings and the follow-ups still outstanding. Change any of it from the phone and the team sees it immediately. WhatsApp in the same app Read and reply to WhatsApp conversations without leaving the CRM. Replies land live, and everything sent from the app is recorded against the lead — so the next person to pick it up sees the full history instead of guessing. Calls on the company number The dialler rings your own phone first and bridges you to the customer through your business line. The customer sees the company number, the call is logged against the lead, and your personal number stays private. Recent calls are listed and resolved to the lead they belong to. Follow-ups that do not slip Tasks and callbacks are bucketed by where they actually stand — Overdue, Today, Open and Completed — counted in your team's own timezone, so today means today where you are. Leads carrying an open task are flagged in the list, in red when overdue, so nothing needs opening to find out what you owe. The numbers that matter A dashboard showing leads over time, where they sit in the pipeline, and the split by status — the same picture the web dashboard gives, sized for a phone. Notifications you control Push notifications for a new lead, a lead assigned to you, a WhatsApp reply, a note on your lead, a task coming due and a status change — six alerts, each switchable on its own, because hiding them all under a single toggle means turning off everything to silence one. Face ID Unlock the app with Face ID or your fingerprint. The check happens on your device. BUILT FOR TEAMS RUNNING META ADS When a rep moves a lead forward, Trace CRM reports that conversion back to your Meta ad account automatically — so Meta optimises for the leads that actually became customers, not just the ones that filled in a form. That happens on our servers, quietly, whether the status changed on the phone or the laptop. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO There is nothing to buy inside this app. It does not track you, and it carries no advertising, analytics or attribution software of any kind. It does not read your location, your contacts or your calendar.
