About Miette: ADHD Focus
A task feels huge. You know roughly what it involves. You still can't start. Miette takes that task and cuts it into 3 to 7 concrete micro-steps, each small enough to do in a couple of minutes. Then it shows you one step. Only one. The rest waits. WHEN A STEP WON'T BUDGE Tap "I'm stuck" and Miette offers three very first moves, each doable in under 30 seconds. Pick one and it becomes your step. No advice, no pep talk, just something physical you can do right now. STILL TOO BIG? "Split it up" breaks the step you're on into smaller ones, as many times as you need. A REMINDER, ONLY WHEN YOU ASK Set a reminder on the step you're on: in an hour, tonight, tomorrow morning, or any time you choose. Miette never schedules anything on its own. No daily nudge, no streak, no "come back" notification. TASKS THAT KEEP COMING BACK Laundry, admin, the weekly shop. Restart any past task from your history with all its steps, without breaking it down again. JUST START A setting that hides the step counter and the progress bar, for the days when numbers weigh more than they help. BUILT TO GET OUT OF YOUR WAY Adjustable text size, reduce motion, light and dark themes. Your tasks stay on your device. WHERE IT COMES FROM Miette was built for my girlfriend, who has ADHD, after watching the same thing happen again and again: the task wasn't too hard, it was too big to enter. Everything in the app comes from that — one step on screen, nothing that nags, nothing that scores you. FREE AND PRO Three free breakdowns to start, then one a day. Miette Pro removes the limit. Miette is not a medical device and doesn't replace care or treatment. Terms of Use (EULA) : https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
