Einsatzbuch

Clock in where the work happens: one tap or a QR code on site – even without signal. Job reports with photos and the customer's signature, right on the device. Shift schedule, leave requests and timesheets for the whole team – in five languages. Einsatzbuch is the time clock for companies whose people don't sit at a desk: cleaning, trades, facility services, security, care, construction and gardening. CLOCKING IN ALWAYS WORKS Every punch is saved on the device first and counts as recorded. In a dead zone, a basement or on a roof – as soon as there is signal again, everything is sent automatically. Nobody has to re-enter anything. THREE WAYS TO CLOCK IN • Button – tap once and the clock runs • QR code – scan the sticker on site; the location is set • Add later – forgot to clock in? Enter the time later, your company approves it JOB REPORTS WITH PROOF What was done, who was there, which material was used – recorded while it is still fresh. Before and after photos, the customer signs directly on the screen. SHIFTS AND ABSENCES Everyone sees their shifts and jobs in the monthly plan. Request leave in the app or report sick. Managers see open shifts at once; colleagues only see "absent", never the reason. THE MONTH AT A GLANCE Your timesheet groups hours by day, with location and breaks. Totals are calculated on the server – the number in the app is the same as in the office. Payslips and company documents open right in the app. COMPANY NOTICES What matters on site – such as a checklist before you leave – appears after you clock in or out. FOR MANAGERS Approve hours, see who is missing, manage sites, tasks and staff – right in the app, no second sign-in. BUILT FOR WORK GLOVES Large buttons, strong contrast, everything within reach of one hand. Text large enough for poor light. FIVE LANGUAGES Deutsch, English, தமிழ், فارسی and العربية – switch in the menu or at sign-in. Arabic and Persian right to left. LOCATION: OPTIONAL When you clock in, the app asks for your location once. If you decline, you keep clocking in without it – nothing is blocked. The app never requests background location. WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO No ads. No analytics tools. No movement profile. Servers located in Germany. HOW TO START Your company creates an account at einsatzbuch.de and gives you a join code. Use it to set up your access and sign in. When someone leaves the company, their access is locked – recorded hours are kept.
