iFleet Inc

iFleet is the companion app for rental hosts who run their fleet on iFleet. Sign in with your host account and everything from your dashboard follows you to your phone. RESERVATIONS See every upcoming, active and completed rental at a glance. Open a booking for the renter, dates, vehicle, price, deposit and payment history. Create a new reservation in a few taps, including recurring rentals. CALENDAR A month view of every car's availability, so you can answer "is it free that weekend" without opening a laptop. CHECK-IN AND RETURN Photograph the car at pickup and return, record the odometer and notes, and keep the photos on the booking. Report damage or add an incidental charge with photos attached. PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS Collect a balance in cash, charge the card on file, or send the renter a payment link. Refund or release the security deposit and see exactly what was retained and why. FLEET Add a vehicle by VIN, edit details and photos, and see each car's insurance coverage. NOTIFICATIONS Get notified when a booking comes in, a renter cancels, a trip is extended, a claim is filed, or a renter replies to your message. iFleet is for hosts with an iFleet account. Renters book through your website and receive their own portal; they do not need this app.
