Effoly: Chores & Fitness

Housework is movement, too. Cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming, mowing the lawn or walking the dog. Effoly helps you see the time and movement behind everyday care. For women and men, at home and outdoors, at your own pace. RECORD YOUR EFFORT Start an activity on iPhone or Apple Watch. Follow active time, estimated energy and available movement data. With Apple Watch, see available heart-rate readings too. Switch tasks while keeping one continuous activity record. While you work, the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island show what is left to your goal. THREE PARTS OF YOUR DAY Set personal goals for active time, active energy and steps recorded during activities. The Effoly heart fills as you make progress. Every goal you reach is a small celebration, a full heart a big one. Keep your streak going day after day, with a spare day to protect it. THE WHOLE FAMILY IN ONE HOUSEHOLD Create a household and invite your family. The family leaderboard shows who did the most this week or this month. Set tasks with a note and a photo, repeat them daily, on chosen days or once a month. Join a task and you both get the credit. The household history keeps every activity and finished task, who and when. Say thanks with a heart. And for every activity, you choose whether it counts for the household or just for you. BADGES AND YOUR MONTH Collect 25 badges from bronze to diamond for hours of work, streaks and small wins. At the end of the month you get "October in Effoly": your month in one picture to save or share. AT HOME AND IN THE GARDEN Choose an activity, save favourites or create your own. Plan routines and look back through your activity history. Outline your garden and, after mowing, see the mower's route and the area done in square metres. Add a photo to any activity as a memory or to show what you made. WIDGETS AND SIRI Your streak, today's heart and household tasks on the iPhone Home Screen and the Apple Watch face. Start, pause and finish an activity with Siri. APPLE HEALTH AND FITNESS With your permission, Effoly saves workouts and available measurements to Apple Health. Find saved workouts in Apple Fitness too. Your history, goals and photos are backed up to your iCloud, so a new iPhone gets them back. MAKE IT YOURS Choose Navy, Plum or Graphite, with light and dark modes. No account required. You control access to health data, location and photos. Heart rate is never shared in the household. Calories are estimates. Heart rate, steps, distance and routes depend on the device, permissions and measurement conditions. iPhone alone does not measure heart rate. Daily goals reflect recorded activities, not automatically your entire day in Apple Health.
