BCWMS

BCWMS helps roommates and friends track shared expenses locally—with no account and no cloud sync. Organize your circle, log expense pools, see who is ahead or behind, record settlements, and review spending insights. Design trip or housing scenarios in Plan Lab before they hit your ledger. WHAT YOU CAN DO · Circle — Add members, set currency, default split mode, and rounding. Export a CSV of pools or erase all local data anytime. · Pools — Create shared costs for trip, housing, dining, utilities, transport, and more. Choose Equal Share, Percent Share, By Stay Days, or By Line Items. Attach optional receipt photos. · Orbit — Home overview with fairness score, open pools, due-soon reminders, balance chart, category mix, contribution list, and recent activity. Open Plan Lab for scenario planning. · Clear — See net positions, get optimized transfer suggestions, record payments with channel notes and optional proof photos, and keep a local settlement history. · Insight — Spend totals, category mix, member paid/owed bars, fairness, and trends across Last 90 Days, Last 6 Months, or This Year. · Plan Lab — A guided planner: scenario type, people, budget cap, line items, mode compare, stay days, what-if dropout, fairness board, settlement preview, templates, then apply pools to your ledger. All expense pools, members, balances, and settlements stay on this device in an encrypted local database. There is no sign-in and no forced cloud backup. Camera and photo library access are used only when you choose to attach receipts, avatars, or payment proofs. BCWMS is built for everyday shared living and group trips—clear numbers, fair splits, local control.
