The Hammer brings your gym membership, workouts and authorised Hammer records together. MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENTS Sign in, join or renew with guided steps. Members verify their own mobile number using OTP. Purchases use current server-checked prices and BML hosted HTTPS checkout. Confirmed payment activates eligible membership benefits. Eligible members can start iPhone camera face enrolment; staff and reception assistance remain available. Face recognition requires setup and a successful check at the gym. WORKOUTS AND BODY LEARNING Follow a guided workout, record reps and loads for each set, and resume saved progress. Choose a training goal and experience level. Explore Hammer equipment guides and exercise benefits, installed glass figures, available 3D movement previews, and start/finish poses. Body Learning connects selected anatomy regions to explanations and relevant workouts. Visual references support learning and do not replace a trainer. OFFLINE READING Installed workout and Body Learning content is available offline. Previously saved Shop and account-scoped Wallet readings can be opened without a connection. Saved prices, stock and balances may be out of date; purchases, payments, membership changes and gym access require a live connection. INBODY RESULTS View recorded reports your account is authorised to access, explore measurements and open result-linked workout guidance. Access depends on your account, membership benefits and available records. Missing measurements are not invented. HAMMER AI Ask about fitness, workouts, nutrition, recovery and InBody education. Before sending a question, review Privacy & AI data use and choose whether to share with OpenAI. Including authorised InBody measurements is a separate optional choice. AI guidance is educational, not diagnosis or treatment, and does not automatically rewrite your saved plan. STAFF AND OWNER WORKSPACES Authorised staff and owners can open member records and permitted gym operations using their current Hammer permissions. Physical purchases and receipts follow server confirmation. READING AND NAVIGATION Choose light or dark reading mode while keeping Hammer colours and 3D figures. Use search, inline details and back navigation to explore without losing your place. PAYMENTS AND ACCESS Purchases cover physical gym access, on-site services and reception-collected products. A browser return alone cannot confirm a payment. Gym door commands are never queued offline.
