About Sproutly: Water Tracker

Most water trackers feel like a chore. Sproutly makes building a hydration habit feel like tending a garden. Every drink you log helps a small tree grow, leaf by leaf, until you reach your goal for the day. Miss a day and you start fresh. Keep going and your streak grows with it. WHAT YOU GET A goal that fits you Sproutly sets your daily target from your weight, activity level, and climate, then raises it on days you work out, using Apple Health. One-tap logging Quick Drinks log your usual glass, bottle, or mug in a single tap, from the app, a Home Screen widget, or your Apple Watch. More than water Log coffee, tea, juice, or a glass of wine too. Sproutly weights each drink so your total reflects what actually hydrates you. Reminders that read the room Smart reminders space themselves around when you last drank and stay quiet during the hours you set. Prefer fixed times instead? Switch to custom reminders on the days you choose. Progress you can see Watch your tree fill in on your Home Screen and your wrist. Look back over your history, trends, and streaks whenever you want. Apple Watch Log a drink and check today's progress from your wrist, even without your phone nearby. Hands-free with Siri Say "Siri, log Coffee in Sproutly" to log any Quick Drink by name, or ask how much you have left to drink today.
