Beeba: Dance School App

Beeba is an app for dance schools and children's clubs. It connects parents, dancers, trainers and the school office in one place. For parents • Lesson schedule for all your children, with notice of changes • Excuse an absence with one tap, ahead of time and without phone calls • Tuition at a glance: what is left to pay, the due date and a QR code for your banking app • Notice board with news and questionnaires (camps, shows, T-shirt sizes…) • Group chat with trainers, music and materials for choreographies • Consents and documents (such as a doctor's note) without paperwork • A notification when your child misses a lesson without an excuse For dancers • Their own account: schedule, attendance, notice board and their group's chat • Rehearsal music that keeps playing with the phone locked For trainers • Attendance in a few seconds, an overview of the children in the group including the parent's contact • Recording cash payments, an overview of lessons taught and payouts Getting started • Parents and dancers: your dance school creates your account after you enrol in a course. If your school uses its own code, you enter it at first sign-in. • Schools and clubs: would you like to use Beeba too? Write to the address on the support page. Every school's data is kept separate. The app has no ads and we do not sell data.
