RepairProof is the intake record a repair shop keeps so a disagreement three weeks later is settled by the file, not by memory. Book a device in at the counter. Photograph it. Tick what works and what does not. Mark the existing cracks and scratches on a device outline. Note the accessories that came with it and whether a backup was offered. Present your own shop terms, take the customer's signature, and hand over a branded PDF intake receipt before they leave. On pickup, mark the ticket collected with an outcome, add the after photos, take a second signature, and print the collection receipt.
