L'archiviatore: Doc Organizer

L'archiviatore is the archive for your household documents: invoices, insurance policies, warranties, contracts, certificates. Scan them, import them from files, photos or a web address, and the app does the rest: it reads the text, recognises type, sender, date, amount and due date, and files them in the right binder. EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE No server of ours, no account. Text recognition, classification and search run on the device. Your documents stay on your phone or, if you turn on sync, in your own iCloud, encrypted before they leave. THE LIBRARY A bookshelf of binders: the more documents a binder holds, the taller and thicker its spine. Fully customisable binders: name, colour, icon, order, subfolders, reminder lead time. SEARCH THE WAY YOU SPEAK "Fonalp invoices from March", "the blue policy", "receipts over 100 francs": search understands type, colour, period and amount. By voice too. DEADLINES Every document can carry deadlines with a notification and a chime. A strip on the Home screen, a half-screen month, a year view. Deadlines can be added to the system Calendar or shared as an event. PROTECTION Unlock with Face ID or Touch ID, masked screen in the app switcher, attachments encrypted with a key kept in the device Keychain. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Export to CSV and Excel (XLSX): the whole archive, one binder or a period, with the attachments in a single ZIP. Perfect for your accountant. Export is always available, even without a licence. HONEST PRICING 20 documents free with every feature (iCloud sync comes with the purchase) and up to two saved signatures. Then a single one-time purchase, forever. No subscription.
