Save Slot: Game Backlog

Every gamer has the same moment. You see a clip — a boss fight, a trailer, someone raving about a game you've never heard of — and you think "I should play that." Then you keep scrolling, and it's gone. Save Slot catches it. SHARE TO SAVE Share any clip, ad, or post from TikTok, YouTube, your browser, or a message from a friend. Save Slot works out which game it is and adds it to your pile. Usually in under four seconds. No account. No sign-up. No login wall. Ever. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Your pile lives on your phone, not on our server. Share a game in a tunnel with no reception and it saves immediately — we'll work out the title when you surface. TONIGHT'S PICK Forty minutes free and no idea what to play? Tonight's Pick deals you one game at a time from your own pile — not an algorithm's idea of what you'd like. Play it, skip it, or not tonight. Filter by how long you have and which console you're sitting in front of. Games that aren't out yet stay out of the deck, because suggesting something you can't play tonight isn't a suggestion. RELEASE DAY, PROPERLY Games you're waiting for get a countdown instead of a due date. Release morning becomes an event rather than another thing you're behind on. FIVE STATES, ONE GESTURE Want to play. Playing. Completed. Shelved. Not for me. Move a game between any two with a single swipe, in either direction. You can always un-shelve something. Nothing is a commitment. NO GUILT MECHANICS The gaming community calls it "the pile of shame." We think that's the problem. Save Slot has no streaks. No overdue counts. No completion percentages quietly implying you're behind. No red badges. Shelving a game is a decision you made, not a failure you're being tracked on. Your pile is a list of things you were excited about. That's worth keeping properly. FOUNDER'S CARTRIDGES The premium upgrade is a collectible, not a subscription trap. Four tiers styled after graded retro cartridges — Loose, CIB, Sealed, and Graded — and each one is a ONE-TIME purchase that unlocks everything, permanently. Buy in at $1.99 and never see a subscription. The Graded tier carries its own sequential certification number. Yours, forever. Prefer a subscription? That's there too. Both unlock exactly the same features. YOURS TO TAKE Export your whole pile to JSON or CSV whenever you want. It's your list. You should be able to walk away with it. Save Slot is a tool for people with more games than evenings. It won't nag you, rank you, or tell you how far behind you are. It just remembers what you were excited about, and helps you pick one.
