ColorLedger: Hair Color

Remember the formula. See the result. Prepare for the next visit. ColorLedger is a hair color formula and client record app for independent colorists and hair stylists. Keep salon mixes, visit notes, before-and-after photos, product costs and stock together on your iPhone or iPad. Save the details that matter • Record shades and product quantities in named mixing bowls. • Reuse a previous mix or favorite formula for the next visit. • Keep each customer's visit history, notes and photos together. • Show photos to your client without private notes or costs. Know what each service uses • See estimated product costs as you build a mix. • Review recorded costs and service revenue after saving a visit. • Track product stock, restocks and low-stock items. • Save a shopping list, export records as CSV and save customer history as PDF. Start with three free visits Create a free ColorLedger account and verify your email before using the app. Sign in with an email code, or use your existing password. Then try 3 completed visits and up to 15 active customers with no payment required. Registration does not start a subscription. The three-visit allowance is shared across this installation; creating or deleting an account does not reset it. Unfinished visits do not use a sample. After signing in, your saved history and basic exports remain available after the free allowance is used or Pro ends. Previous records saved without an account stay on this device and can be opened from Account after sign-in. Continue with ColorLedger Pro Pro includes unlimited customers and saved visits, stock forecasts, weekly and monthly summaries, and salon reports. A verified ColorLedger account is required before starting a new subscription. Eligible new subscribers can receive a 14-day free trial through Apple. Apple confirms eligibility and the final offer. Creating an account does not start the trial. Choose a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription; the annual plan is billed upfront. The app and Apple's purchase sheet show your local price and renewal terms. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless you cancel, your plan renews automatically, including after a trial. Manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store. Your salon records and photos stay on this device in this version and do not sync between devices. Creating an account does not back up these records online. CSV exports do not include photos. Product cost figures exclude labor, rent, taxes and other overhead.
