About Rate My Skate
Every skatepark in the UK, in one place. Rate My Skate lists 2,477 skateparks across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland — from the Isles of Scilly to Shetland. Find the ones near you, see what they're actually like, and say what you think. FIND SOMEWHERE TO SKATE Parks nearest you first, with the distance to each. Search by park or by town. See them all on a map and tap any pin. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO Every park shows its real size, measured from the shape it's mapped as — so you can tell a couple of ramps in a car park from a full concrete plaza before you drive there. Where we can, we'll also tell you how far it is to the nearest car park and public toilets. Useful if you're bringing kids. RATINGS THAT MEAN SOMETHING Rate a park out of five in one tap. If you've got a moment, score the four things that actually decide whether a park is worth a trip: • Surface — how it rides. Cracks, grit, whether it drains. • Features — the range and quality of ramps, rails and bowls. • Upkeep — whether it's looked after. Damage, litter, glass. • Vibe — how welcoming it is, and whether beginners get a fair go. SAY WHAT IT'S LIKE Pick from a set of short phrases — smooth concrete, good for beginners, easy parking — and add a note of your own if none of them fit. Comments are anonymous. Anything you write in your own words is read by a person before it appears. PHOTOS AND CLIPS, CHECKED BY A PERSON Add a photo of a park, or a ten-second clip, so others can see what they're getting. Clips are silent, and of the park rather than the people in it. Every one is looked at by a real person before it appears — and anything you add, you can delete whenever you like. LESSONS Where a club or a coach runs sessions at a park, you may see a link at the foot of its page. Those are added by hand, by us. Nobody else can post one. BUILT FOR SKATERS AND THE PEOPLE DRIVING THEM Free. No adverts. No tracking. Ratings are anonymous — your name is never shown. Signing in with Apple simply stops one person rating the same park fifty times. Your phone checks photos for faces before anything is sent, and offers to blur them. It checks clips the same way, and won't send one with a recognisable face in it at all. Skateparks are full of kids, so we don't publish recognisable faces. Park locations come from OpenStreetMap contributors.
What’s new
Version 1.1 · Updated September 23, 2026
Clips. Ten seconds, silent, and of the park rather than the people in it. Your phone checks every clip for faces before it sends one. Comments. Pick from a set of short phrases, or write a note of your own. Anything written by hand is read by a person before it appears. Swipe between photos and clips, instead of tapping the dots. Delete your own photos and clips whenever you want. Lesson and coaching links at the foot of a park's page, where we've added them.
