About FireOps Command

FireOps is invite-only. Users must be added by an authorized company owner before they can sign in. Available features may vary depending on company permissions and configured integrations. FireOps gives wildland fire contractors one place to manage fleet readiness, crews, and active fire operations from the field or office. ### For Crew Members * View assigned vehicles and their current readiness * Report vehicle issues and follow them through resolution * Update availability for assignments * Access company documents, payroll records, invoices, and training * Keep qualifications and experience records up to date * Submit expense receipts * Communicate with the rest of the crew * Receive assignment and company notifications ### For Owners * Add and manage vehicles, documents, photos, and inspections * Track vehicle readiness, assignments, issues, and activity * Invite crew members and manage company access * Review crew qualifications, availability, training, and registrations * Manage inventory and expense receipts * Assign crews and vehicles to active wildfire incidents * Connect Motive to view supported vehicle location, telemetry, and camera information ### Fire Operations View active wildfire incidents reported through NIFC WFIGS, including acreage, containment, personnel information, and company vehicle assignments.

- Expanded offline mode: most actions now save on your device and sync when you reconnect. This covers vehicle status and assignments, issues and notes, inspections with photos, receipts, payroll, invoices, training sign-ups, gear checkout, Crew Chat replies, tasks, availability and documents. - Fleet details and the fire list now download automatically for offline viewing, and Crew Chat and notifications are now available offline too. - Added a change history to "Saved changes & sync," with alerts when a change conflicts or is refused. - Added VIPR DPL list browsing. - Added private task lists to the dashboard, with an open-task count. - Added dashboard customization, including a Current Picture option. - Quick actions hidden from the dashboard now appear in More. - Added an owner and admin company audit log. - Added DOT inspection date tracking with expiration alerts. - Added alerts before annual crew records expire. - Added payroll rejection and paid workflow. - Added invoice submission. - Added an in-app feedback form. - Added Motive vehicle diagnostic codes and a simpler fleet status view. - Added command center alerts on the dashboard. - Owners and admins can now delete failed inspections. - Added a demo mode, plus features and pricing on the sign-in screen. - Payroll hours and invoice amounts now accept decimals. - Invoice dates and payroll periods now show as readable dates. - Fixed dark mode colors in Crew Review and Master Record. - Improved Fleet, Inspections, Crew, Tasks and Training screens; tasks now ask before completing and flag overdue items. - Made document buttons larger and easier to tap. - Fixed the New Invoice button being cut off. - Fixed the crew removal confirmation.
