Metrik Fit brings training, nutrition and body progress together for adults, coaches and gyms. TRAINING Build workout programs, follow a coach's plan and record live sessions with sets, reps, weights and rest timers. See exercise instructions, workout history and personal records. Coaches can manage client programs and group training. NUTRITION AND PROGRESS Keep a food diary with calories and macros. Add food by text, barcode, photo or the food database. Track weight, measurements, progress photos and sleep, and compare your history with your goals. APPLE HEALTH With your permission, connect Apple Health to view activity, sleep, heart-rate and body measurements in Metrik. The Pedometer reads automatic steps recorded by your iPhone; a watch is not required. Wearables can use readings that compatible devices share with Apple Health. You choose the data types to allow. Metrik reads Health data while you use the app and does not write to Apple Health. AI ASSISTANCE An optional text and voice assistant helps with food logging, workouts and questions. Before sending your data to an AI provider, the app explains what is shared and who receives it, and asks for permission. AI answers can be inaccurate and are not medical advice. COACHING, MESSAGES AND EVENTS Coaches and clients can use direct and group chats, share files and voice messages, create polls and arrange events. Event invitations support sign-up, cancellation and waitlists. Shared event links can accept guest registrations. Optional push notifications help you follow messages and events. PRIVACY AND SAFETY There is no public feed. Information is shared with the people you choose through coaching, conversations, groups, events or shared links. Report messages and other shared content in the app, and block users. Camera, microphone, notifications and Health access are optional. Delete your account from Settings. Available in English, Bulgarian and German. Metrik Fit is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical care. Health calculations link to Sources & references in the app. An account is required; feature availability depends on your plan. SUBSCRIPTIONS Performance, Elite and Coach are auto-renewable subscriptions, available monthly or yearly. The price is shown before purchase in your currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Restore purchases from the plans screen. A free tier is also available.
