Park Vitals

Your park's numbers. Live. In the palm of your hand. Park Vitals is the dashboard for the people running a family entertainment center. Open it and today is already on the screen: what you've sold, what labor is costing, how many people are in the building right now, what's on the party calendar, and how the cafe is doing — for every park you run. TODAY, AT A GLANCE Sales as they happen, with the category breakdown, against last week and last year. Labor cost and labor as a share of revenue, next to your target. A live headcount from every pass scanned in, admissions today, and revenue per guest. Active memberships and new sign-ups. Week, month and year to date. Tap the date to look back at any day. PARTIES Every party on the books for the day, in order, with start time, package, headcount, what's paid and what's still owed. Filter by type and see how the day compares to last week. CAFE Top sellers by dollars or by units, food and alcohol kept separate, and a search across the whole menu for the items that didn't move. LABOR Today, week, month and quarter to date. Cost by role, who's on the clock, and an overtime watch list while there's still time to do something about it. GUEST SATISFACTION Your score for the last 30 days, fans and critics, the trend by week and month, and what guests actually wrote. REPORTS Any date range you pick, compared to the prior period and to the same dates last year, with daily totals, parties by type and menu sales. Combine every park you manage into one report. EVERY PARK, ONE APP Switch parks from the top of any screen. Each location keeps its own hours, its own theme and its own numbers, and your administrator decides who sees which park. CONNECTED, NOT ANOTHER SYSTEM Park Vitals reads from the point-of-sale and scheduling systems your venue already runs. It only ever reads — nothing is written back, ever. NO PASSWORDS Your cell number is your login. We text you a six-digit code. Your company's administrator adds you and chooses your access. Park Vitals is for companies with a Park Vitals subscription. Subscriptions are bought and managed at parkvitals.com; nothing is sold inside the app.
