DirectHire: AI Job Matching

Stop sending CVs into a black hole. DirectHire is the hiring app where AI matches you to jobs on merit — and companies message you directly. HOW IT WORKS FOR JOB SEEKERS (always free) • Talk to Ava, your AI career companion — a real interview, not a form. Or start from your CV and she talks it through with you, story by story. • Get your Career Avatar: an honest, evidence-based profile built from what you've actually done. • Every live job is scored against you — skills, seniority, location, salary, culture, growth. Honest numbers, salary shown up front. • See exactly why: your strengths, your gaps, and what would raise your score. • Companies message you directly. No middleman, no fees, ever. HOW IT WORKS FOR EMPLOYERS • Describe your role in plain language — AI drafts the full job posting. • Your role is instantly scored against every candidate in the pool. • Read the honest report: match score, evidence-backed strengths, real gaps — and how each claim was talked through with Ava. • Message candidates directly. No agencies, no placement fees. WHY DIRECTHIRE IS DIFFERENT • Honest scores — we show you what's blocking a higher match, not flattery. • Your data is never sold and never used to train AI. • Free for job seekers, forever.
