Training Agents builds a personal training plan for triathlon, running, cycling, swimming, strength and yoga. The AI that writes it was developed with the field experience of national-team coaches and athletes. It asks about your goal, your history, the days you are available and the equipment you own, then builds the plan around those answers. As you tick off sessions, it recalculates the next week from what you actually did. If you want to continue, the subscription starts inside the app. SUBSCRIPTION The Ai Coach Plan is an auto-renewing subscription: monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews for the same length and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your App Store account settings.
