GenieGrove for Disney World

We built GenieGrove so a Walt Disney World visitor can check park hours and ride waits without opening several apps. Parks is our board: park hours and wait times across Walt Disney World. Open a park for a Now view of the current waits, a Day view of the schedule ahead, a crowd calendar, and our read on the better and busier days to visit. Open a ride for its current wait, its waits through today, typical waits by hour, its recent days, and show times where a stage posts them. Set an alert on a ride and we notify you when its wait drops to the target you set. A free account holds one ride alert at a time; Grove+ raises that to ten. Map is our own map of the four parks, Disney Springs, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, drawn from OpenStreetMap, day and night: rides with Disney's posted wait and their Lightning Lane return times, shows with today's times and meet-and-greets, each pin with its source and date. Find lists everything on it, it works offline and updates without an app update, and your position never leaves your phone. Plan is the rest of the trip. Stays browses Disney hotel and cruise prices -- deals, the offers Disney is running now, and a search for the cheapest dates -- and holds your price watches, which are part of Grove+. Dining alerts are free, five at a time: we keep checking Walt Disney World's reservation calendar and push you when we see a table open inside your dates, and you book it yourself in My Disney Experience. Five calculators work out a dining plan, an annual pass, transit times, a Disney credit card and DVC points. News is a feed you read here: the story, its pictures and its comments, with no browser around any of it. A video or a social post quoted inside a story opens in your phone's browser, where it belongs. Search works from every tab: the parks and water parks, rides with their current waits, Walt Disney World resorts, Disney Cruise Line ships and our news. Waitless Pixie is our Lightning Lane booker, for Grove+ Legendary members who have linked a Disney account through Disney's Friends and Family list. Tell us your trip and your park days, say who is riding, and pick a day's rides: we draft them onto a timeline around the tables you have already booked, and you drag anything you want moved. Watching the rides you pick. We book the closest time we can get and keep trying to move it into your window. We book your Multi Pass Lightning Lanes and keep improving the return time. For a Single Pass we alert you when we see availability, and you buy it in the Disney app. Someone on your GenieGrove Friends & Family list can watch your trip and hear every alert you hear. Me is your account, one tap on your picture at the top right of every tab: sign in with your GenieGrove email and password to keep your ride alerts, your notification preferences and your Friends & Family list with you across devices. Friends & Family is our own list, apart from Disney's: add a friend with a code, a QR code or a link, see which friends are watching your trips, and share your list so your friends can find each other. Community is the one part of GenieGrove that is still the website. A community link opens geniegrove.com in your phone's browser, and so do our terms, our privacy policy and Grove+ itself -- Grove+ is a plan you buy on the website, and this app sells nothing. GenieGrove is an independent, unofficial companion app. We are not made, operated, endorsed, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company. Any reference to a Disney park, attraction, or show name identifies the place or thing we're reporting on -- nothing more.
