BuildSlip: Daily Reports

Write daily reports and get change orders signed before you leave the jobsite. Log crew hours, materials, equipment and photos, collect an on-site signature, then share a clear PDF. Create the record even without a signal. Built for independent contractors and small electrical, plumbing, HVAC and remodeling crews who need a focused field-record tool, without a complicated project-management setup or a separate BuildSlip account. CAPTURE THE WORK - Describe the requested change and choose the project. - Itemize labor, materials and equipment, with quantities, rates and markup. - Attach jobsite photos, captions and markup. - Write a daily report to document progress, crew hours and site conditions. GET THE APPROVAL - Review the scope and total with the customer or site representative. - Collect an electronic signature on your iPhone or iPad. - Attach and clearly label written approval evidence when appropriate. - Preserve the signed original; corrections become a separate revision. SEND A CLEAR RECORD - Preview a Letter-size PDF with costs, evidence and approval. - Prepare a customer message and signed PDF for your chosen sharing app. - Copy a concise invoice note without retyping job details. - Track submitted, approved, rejected, invoiced and paid status yourself. WORK OFFLINE. KEEP YOUR DATA. Local records remain available offline. Private iCloud sync works through your Apple iCloud account when available. Sync and network delivery require an internet connection. Export or import a complete portable ZIP backup. Repeat work is faster with reusable catalog items and duplicate-as-new-draft. Old signatures, photos and approval evidence are not copied into the new ticket. Signed snapshots and PDFs include integrity hashes and verification codes. FREE TO START Your first three signed exports are free; this is not a monthly allowance. BuildSlip Pro unlocks unlimited signed records and PDFs, your company logo on new PDFs and removal of the BuildSlip footer. Revision history and complete ZIP backup remain available without Pro. Existing records stay readable and exportable when a subscription ends. Choose an auto-renewing Annual subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Annual renews yearly unless canceled in your App Store subscription settings. Prices and any eligible offers are shown before purchase. Restore eligible purchases from Settings. BuildSlip creates field records, not accounting invoices. It does not collect construction payments, automatically confirm payment, provide legal advice or guarantee enforceability. On-site signature capture is not a remote-signing service. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://buildslip.com/privacy
